Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about joining, ranks, accounts and appeals.
What are the Recaris server addresses?
Lobby and Legacies: play.recaris.eu (Bedrock port 19132). All the Mods 10: atm10.recaris.eu. FTB Skies 2: ftbskies.recaris.eu. TerraFirmaGreg: tfg.recaris.eu.
Can I play on Bedrock?
Yes. The Lobby and the Legacies SMP support both Java and Bedrock. The modpack servers (All the Mods 10, FTB Skies 2: Aero and TerraFirmaGreg) are Java only.
Does the map ever reset?
No. Legacies is permanent survival: the map never resets, and your builds, settlement and titles stay.
Is Recaris pay to win?
No. Paid ranks are cosmetic: a gradient prefix, a rank role on our Discord, a nickname with /nick (from Silver, with colours from Gold), your own join message (from Platinum) and a few extra homes. No kits, no gear and no progression shortcuts - and claims or force-loaded chunks are never sold.
How many homes do I get?
On Legacies: 1 home as a member, 2 as a Discord booster or with Bronze or Silver, 3 with Gold or Platinum and 4 with Legend. On All the Mods 10, FTB Skies 2 and TerraFirmaGreg: 1 as a member, 2 as a booster, 3 with Bronze, 4 with Silver, 6 with Gold, 8 with Platinum and 10 with Legend.
What do I get for linking Discord on the modpack servers?
Linking is free. On All the Mods 10 and FTB Skies 2 everyone starts with 10 claimed chunks and no force-loaded chunks. With a linked Discord account (or as a server booster) you get 500 claimed chunks and 50 force-loaded chunks on All the Mods 10, and 500 claimed chunks and 25 force-loaded chunks on FTB Skies 2. TerraFirmaGreg uses the pack's own limits (10 claimed and 2 force-loaded chunks, 50 and 8 after one day of playtime). Claims and chunk loading are never sold in the store.
Can players hide behind a nickname?
No. Nicknames (Silver and up) and custom join messages (Platinum and up) are cosmetic. Hover over a name in chat or use /realname to see the real Minecraft name. Staff can reset a nickname or join message that breaks the rules.
How do I link my Minecraft and Discord accounts?
Create a website account and open My account. Link Minecraft with a code you type in game (/link CODE), and Discord with a code for /link in our Discord - or run /link in Discord and open the link the bot sends you. You can unlink either side there too.
I was banned or muted. What now?
Submit an appeal. It becomes a ticket with its own link where you can reply, add screenshots and follow the status.
Which languages can I use in chat?
English or Dutch in public chat.
